باختصار: ما نطلب منك حساب، وبياناتك محفوظة على جوالك. الصورة اللي تصوّرها تنرسل للتحليل وما نحفظها. وبيانات الصحة نقرأها على جوالك بس، وما تطلع منه.
1. وش نجمع، ووين ينحفظ
- ملفك: هدفك، وجنسك، وعمرك، وطولك، ووزنك، ونشاطك، وطريقة طبخ البيت. ينحفظ على جوالك فقط، ونستخدمه لحساب احتياجك اليومي من السعرات.
- سجل الوجبات والوزن: أسماء الأصناف وسعراتها وأوقاتها، وقراءات وزنك. ينحفظ على جوالك فقط. والوجبات اللي عمرها أكثر من 90 يوم تنحذف تلقائياً.
- ما نطلب اسمك ولا إيميلك ولا رقمك، وما فيه حسابات.
2. صور الوجبات
- لما تحلّل صورة، ترسل نسخة مصغّرة منها مع خيار «طبخ البيت» عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) إلى خادمنا. ما نرسل معها أي بيانات صحية ولا بيانات من ملفك.
- الخادم يعالج الصورة في الذاكرة وما يحفظها، ويرسلها لمزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي يتعرّف على الأصناف ويقدّر الكميات. المزوّد الأساسي Google (Gemini)، ويعالج الصورة وفق شروطه وسياسته، وقد يستخدمها لتحسين خدماته ونماذجه. ولو تعطّل، نستخدم Anthropic (Claude) احتياطاً عبر خدمته التجارية، اللي ما تستخدم المحتوى في تدريب النماذج. لا ترسل صور فيها أشخاص أو معلومات خاصة.
- الصورة ما تنحفظ في سجل وجباتك. ينحفظ اسم الأصناف وأرقامها بس.
3. Apple Health و Health Connect
- بإذنك فقط، نقرأ: الوزن، والطول، وسعرات الحركة اليومية، وتاريخ الميلاد، والجنس. وتقدر تلغي الإذن من إعدادات جوالك متى ما بغيت.
- نستخدم هذي البيانات على جوالك فقط لحساب احتياجك ومتابعة وزنك. ما نرسلها لخادمنا ولا لأي طرف ثالث، وما نستخدمها لأي إعلانات أو تسويق.
- ما نكتب أي شي في بياناتك الصحية.
4. الكاميرا والصور
نطلب إذن الكاميرا والصور عشان تصوّر وجبتك أو تختار صورتها، ونستخدمه لهذا الغرض بس.
5. السجلات التقنية
مزوّد الاستضافة (Vercel) قد يسجّل بيانات تقنية مؤقتة، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب، لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل. ونستخدم عنوان IP في ذاكرة الخادم بس، عشان نحدّ من إساءة الاستخدام، وما نحفظه.
6. اللي ما نسويه
- ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
- ما فيه إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع، ولا تحليلات استخدام داخل التطبيق.
7. حذف بياناتك
من الإعدادات ← امسح كل بياناتي تنحذف كل بياناتك من جوالك فوراً. وحذف التطبيق يحذفها كمان. وما عندنا نسخة منها على خادمنا، لأننا ما نحفظها أصلاً.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق ما هو موجّه لمن عمرهم أقل من 13 سنة.
9. تنبيه صحي
أرقام السعرات تقديرات تقريبية من الصورة، وهدفك اليومي حساب عام. التطبيق للتوعية والمتابعة، وما يغني عن استشارة طبيب أو أخصائي تغذية، خصوصاً لو عندك حالة صحية أو حمل أو اضطراب أكل.
10. معلومات المطاعم
لما نتعرّف على وجبة من مطعم معروف، نعرض اسمه وأرقام سعراته من معلوماته الغذائية المنشورة للعامة. Calorie In غير تابع لأي مطعم، والأسماء والعلامات التجارية ملك أصحابها.

Privacy Policy

No account, data stays on your phone. Your profile (goal, sex, age, height, weight, activity, home-cooking style), meal log (food names, calories, times — never photos) and weight readings are stored only on your device. Meals older than 90 days are removed automatically. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
Meal photos. When you analyze a photo, a resized copy and your home-cooking setting are sent over HTTPS to our server. No health or profile data is sent with it. The server processes the photo in memory and does not store it; it forwards it to an AI provider to identify foods and estimate portions — Google (Gemini) as primary, which processes it under its own terms — this may include using it to improve its services and models — and Anthropic (Claude) as backup via its commercial API, which does not use the content to train models. Avoid photographing people or private information.
Apple Health / Health Connect. With your permission we read weight, height, active energy, date of birth and sex. This data is used only on your device to calculate your calorie needs and track weight. It is never sent to our server or any third party, never used for advertising or marketing, and we never write to your health data. You can revoke access anytime in your phone's settings.
Camera & photos are used only to capture or pick a meal photo. Technical logs: our host (Vercel) may temporarily log IP address and request time for security and operations; we use the IP in memory only for abuse rate-limiting and do not store it.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and the app contains no ads, trackers or usage analytics. Delete all your data anytime from Settings → Delete all my data or by deleting the app. Not directed to children under 13.
Health disclaimer: calorie numbers are approximate estimates and your daily target is a general calculation. The app is for awareness and tracking and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dietitian.
Restaurant information: when a meal from a known restaurant is recognized, we show the restaurant's name and calorie figures from its publicly available nutrition information. Calorie In is not affiliated with any restaurant; names and trademarks belong to their owners.
